Digital Humanities (DH)

The humanities, represented by literature, history and philosophy,is a discipline that explores universal human values, with subjects and methodologies evolving with the passage of time. The digital age and its technological advances have been changing not just the research environment of the humanities, but humans themselves. The Digital Humanities track offers an academic path that uses digital technologies in conjunction with traditional humanities research methods in seeking new insights into humanity and the world. New methodologies in humanities database creation, natural language processing, statistical analysis and machine learning will be applied to drive new humanities research for the digital era.
